Own SuryaGbSAR's transceiver chain - design, simulation, integration, field validation. 8+ years in Ku/X-band radar, SAR or FMCW systems. Experience with ToT-style technology transfer a strong plus. Comfortable flying to a mine at 36 hours' notice.
Own our InSAR / PSI pipeline end-to-end. Atmospheric correction, unwrapping, deformation inversion. Strong Python + C++, HPC / GPU experience preferred. PhD or 5+ years in remote-sensing DSP ideal.
Build the ML layer that turns radar time-series into failure-signature predictions. Time-series, anomaly, self-supervised. Domain curiosity for geotech and structural engineering required.
Stand up our first indigenous radar production line. Own BoM localisation, vendor qualification, and DGAQA-style QMS. 10+ years in precision electronic manufacturing.
Run deployments across mines and dams in Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Telangana, MP. Site surveys, installation, handover, customer training. 6+ years in mining or dam-site instrumentation.
Own relationships with CIL subsidiaries, State WRDs, NHAI, NHPC. Navigate GeM, L1-tender and EoI processes. Ex-military or ex-PSU background welcomed.
Triage alerts at our 24×7 Monitoring-as-a-Service NOC. Masters in geotechnical or structural engineering. You will be the first human eye on every anomaly.
